The reason I make most the files become .rm formate:
It is the smallest video format I can find;
the size of the clips are 1/4 of the original files,
and the quility of the clips are almost same as the original files(.mpeg).
I think you kids must have the experience that you download a large movie chips file
but there is only a cup of seconds and no sound. Therefore, I try my best to slove this problem.
Finally, I find the new RealProducer Plus G2 is good solution for it.
The fellowing is the steps that teach you how to make playlist on RealPlayer:
(Remind: It only works on the RealPlayer Plus G2.)
1) Open the Notepad;
2) If you have 1.rm, 2.rm, 3.rm on the desktop, you can write fellowing in the Notepad:
file://C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\1.rm
file://C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\2.rm
file://C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\3.rm
3) Then you save this file to ???.ram.
4) The playlist is ready.
Of couse you can change this order of the playlist sets.
The new RealPlayer Plus G2 can play .viv, .mpeg, avi also.
You can check Help->Check for Update to get all plugins(about 1.1MB).
If you don't want to download all those plugins, you can play that kind of file which
you want to downoad plugin for it. It will auto ask you to download the plugin.
